As part of the growth of its Shared Services Center, our client is looking for a Claims Management Specialist French Speaker to join its team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, register, assign, and categorize customer claims and deductions raised by customers and/or internal stakeholders.
- Analyze claims and deductions and ensure their resolution in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient case management and timely resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the standardization of processes across different markets.
- Monitor and analyze service quality KPIs and present results during Daily Operational Reviews (DORs).
- Participate in SLA monitoring, root cause analysis, error identification, and problem-solving activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective follow-up of claims-related activities.

Profile Required

- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent in French and advanced level of English.
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles, including debit and credit concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and respectfulness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
